The Founder and CEO of PrimeSpan, a lifestyle-based healthspan company redefining how adults over 55 live, age, and thrive. 

With more than 15 years of executive experience in the fields of aging, wellness innovation, and neuroscience-informed program development, Adam has built his career around one mission helping people add life to their years, not just years to their life. 

 Before founding PrimeSpan, Adam led regional and national initiatives across senior living and healthcare organizations, directing multidisciplinary teams in memory care, wellness programming, and lifestyle transformation. His leadership has shaped science-based approaches that integrate brain health, behavioral wellness, and purpose-driven living setting new standards for holistic aging.

At PrimeSpan, Adam combines his expertise in neuroscience, gerontology, and healthspan design to deliver practical, evidence-informed tools for better movement, energy, sleep, focus, and longevity. Through digital courses, coaching, and a growing community platform, PrimeSpan helps people turn longevity science into a sustainable daily lifestyle.
