The Founder and CEO of PrimeSpan, a lifestyle-based healthspan company redefining how adults over 55 live, age, and thrive. 

I’ve spent over 20 years in the aging and longevity space, focused on one question: how do we help people stay strong, capable, and independent as they age?

Over time, one pattern became impossible to ignore.

People don’t lose their independence all at once, they lose it gradually. Energy starts to drop, strength slowly declines, and focus becomes harder to maintain. And by the time it’s noticeable, it’s already harder to reverse.

What I realized is this: the problem isn’t aging. The problem is not having a system.

The individuals who stay strong, sharp, and independent into later life aren’t guessing. They have structure, consistency, and a clear way of doing things.

That’s why we built PrimeSpan.

Not as another wellness program, and not as more advice, but as a structured system designed specifically for adults 55+.
