Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all PrimeSpan programs, memberships, and services — including one-time program fees and recurring subscriptions. It works alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
No Refunds
All payments to PrimeSpan — including program enrollment fees, one-time fees, and membership charges — are final and non-refundable, except as described below.
Cancelling a Subscription or Membership
You may cancel a recurring subscription or membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be billed going forward, but no refund is issued for the period already paid.
Exceptions
Refunds are not guaranteed. In rare cases, PrimeSpan may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund — for example, when PrimeSpan is unable to deliver the service as agreed. Each request is reviewed individually and does not set a precedent for future requests.
