Over the years working with older adults, families, and health professionals, I’ve noticed something important: many of the most meaningful questions about aging are rarely asked out loud. Questions about memory, strength, energy, independence, and purpose often live quietly in the back of our minds. In this issue, I share some of the questions I hear most often from adults over 55 and reflect on what science and lived experience can teach us about building stronger, more capable years ahead.
